Yesterday we held the Pen-Y-Coed Petanque East Anglian Air Ambulance Mixed Doubles at British Sugar Sports and Social Club in Bury St Edmunds. The charity event was in aid of The East Anglian Air Ambulance. 20 teams took part and raised £605 for the great cause. Winners on the day were Simon Doble and Marion Halsey and runners up were Andrew Wilson and Tania Cowlin. In the third / fourth play off Timothy and Tabatha Sims came 3rd with Tony and Cheryl Morgan coming 4th. The weather was amazing and a great day was had by all. We would like to thank British Sugar Sports and Social club for hosting the event and all the players who make this day special and a great Air Ambulance fundraiser. Thank you to all that took part, helped, donated and supported the Charity.
